This project was shot on film — a format that demanded much more precision from the DP. In the film era, every roll had value, every shot carried cost, and lighting, emotion, and composition had to be carefully planned before the camera rolled. There was no instant playback like today’s digital workflow.
For this production, we had P’Pun as Director of Photography and P’Touch as Gaffer, helping shape the atmosphere and visual character of the film through lighting and classic cinematography techniques.
Technology continues to evolve, but the feeling and discipline of shooting on film will always have its own unique charm. 🎬
